"In a great location. Spacious rooms but in need of decoration. Facilities in appartment were excellent with ecerything you could need including a dishwasher. Staff very helpful and friendly. Parking great but did cost £20 per night. Lift was out of order, stairs were not a problem for us but could well be for others."

Contact with Pillo before travel was excellent but unable to speak to anyone during stay which was limited to voicemail with no follow-up. However on my return Pillo were very helpful and apologetic. "I Didn't have any problems for my stay, the place is opposite to an esso which opens till late. There food options up the street. The facilities is not great so don't expect that. Also the walls are very thin and you can hear everything and everyone. "

"The property is modernly decorated and was a cheap rate for 5 people staying on a Friday night. I was told the main door to the apartment building required a key code but when we arrived the door was damaged and was just open to anyone. The apartment is in a busy area with lots of bars and restaurants and people hanging round on the streets. I asked for the bed to be made up but when we arrived it wasn’t. We found a quilt and pillows in a cupboard along with a lot of bin bags and clutter and...
