I went to the hotel manager first who did their best to make up for this by giving us free breakfast passes, because we made the reservation through a 3rd party. Then i spoke to a Hotels.com agent to see if we could get a partial refund but they said “since it was already resolved” they...

"The changeover to Margaritaville was great. The rooms were beautiful the entire place was completely redone. Does not look like the same place.I would recommend anyone to come here, but not on school vacation week. "
