This property is a very short drive to many stores and restaurants in Falmouth. It is set well off the road so traffic noise is not a problem. The breakfast options were well prepared. We have returned many times when visiting family in the area. Unfortunately it will be changing management on 1/15/2025 and will be the Iris Hotel Cape Cod. Hopefully the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms will remain highly satisfactory.

I have stayed here many times through different ownership and it has always been safe, quiet and comfortable. There is evidence of wear and tear that could use and upgrade but nothing that affects the comfort of the stay.

I was assigned to a room facing a parking lot surrounded by super bright lights all around. The light was hardly blocked inside the room with improper window covering. And more trouble was with the heating system. I hardly could sleep or had nightmares due to a really loud heating operating sound. I loved the area and the staffs were very kind though. I got by since it was just one night stay.

The location was great and they are renovating the rooms to look nicer but there is black mold all over the bathrooms, very thin walls and bathroom door. The restaurant on property has so much potential but they were severely understaffed and not very pleasant. The breakfast coupons were inconsistent among our group (some got them while others didn't) and the eggs at the breakfast buffet were rotten.
