"The loft was great for our stay in NY. It had all the amenities we needed. Farida was a great host and very accommodating to all our needs."

"The house was clean. Communication with management company was subpar. We got scripted responses to all questions, and false information. For example, we asked if hot tub was working and was told it was. When we arrived, the hot tub was broken and dirty. Also, check-out is at 10am and there is nowhere to leave belongings if you’d like to stay in FI for the day. They should allow a place to keep luggage prior to departure. Overall, great and clean house and amazing location!"

Our main issues, and why this isn’t a 5 star rating, were that multiple lighting fixtures weren’t working and there was an entire bed missing. The ad mentions “1 queen, 1 double, 4 twin’ beds however there’s really 1 queen and 4 twins. This could have caused a big problem if our group was just a bit larger. "This is a quaint property located off the main road going through town but you would never know it. It is quiet and tranquil. Property is clean and well maintained. There were nice touches throughout to make you feel at home, and she also greeted us with a welcome basket of treats. The setting on the water was so peaceful and private, yet easy access for those of us traveling by public transportation from Manhattan and La Guardia airport. We had chairs lined up facing the water for a Celebration of Life Ceremony.
