"For some reason he thought I canceled my reservation. When I got nervous that I hadn't recieved any check in information I messaged him. He did message me right back and apologized for the misunderstanding. I asked when we would get the access information and I didn't get a response. After a few hours I had to call VRBO because I was about to catch my flight. I had family that would be arriving before myself. "Cozy property with stunning views. Yes, it is older but it worked for our needs since my family and I was out of the house for most of the stay. Very close to grocery and other stores for essential needs. Good location!"

"Joe was an amazing and kind host. The house has the most unbelievably scenic backyard, with just incredible natural wild life. Was out of a movie. The house if very well equipped for everything you need and is in an amazing location - walk to beach or to town. Really, really an amazing stay. "

"Its not perfect of course, but me and my friends really enjoyed it. Its close to the beach which we loved, alot of good food place close by. The house itself was decent. It was a beautiful home with a big backyard and nice size family room, but i will say bring your own pillows and blankets because they definitely didnt clean the ones they already had on the beds and the pillows were very thin like worn out. Besides that it was 8/10 experience and i will definitely come back."

"I booked this property for my in-laws to stay at for the weekend of my wedding. There was plenty of space for all the adults and the kids to stay comfortably. The host was helpful, attentive, and accommodating. I would happily stay here again in the future. "
