The rooms are nicely decorated comfortable and clean The staff, especially Bruce, Phil and Renata and so welcoming, friendly and helpful which really adds to your stay The food. The food is actually breathtaking. From its presentation and freshness to its sublime taste. Wish we could have,stayed there longer."

"This was our second time staying with Martin and Jane and it was just as great second time around. We had the large sea view room again and it was perfect. Breakfast was yummy. We will be back. "

"The property was ideally situated for our needs. The bedroom was quite small but the bathroom spacious. The light above the bed wasn’t working. We reported this on arrival but it wasn’t rectified in spite of an assurance that it would be. No-one came to make up the room or refill the tea/coffee after the first night. "We stayed in the room with a double-bed, and it was really a lovely experience! Arden House is very well maintained and the bathroom and room facilities were very modern. Arundel is quite small so you're only minutes away from everything. The host, Lucie, was very kind and asked if we have everything we need as soon as we got our room. "Good place to stay, very near the shopping outlet. Parking can be bit tricky as you have to get a permit to park in the street, and we could not find parking close to house, so had to travel 5 mins to park."

"Delightful setting - with country and canalside walks from the doorstep. Welcoming host family live next door and there's plenty of private parking on the shared driveway. Comfortable large bed, bright and clean bedroom upstairs with bathroom next to kitchen area downstairs. Lovely to step straight out of front door at dusk to comfy seats overlooking their beautiful garden at sunset."

my "go to" place when visiting Fareham

"my "go to" place to stay when visiting Fareham and surround area. Right in the center of the town, super convenient, quiet and clean. All of the employees are friendly. Feel like I am in someone's big house. walk downstairs to an excellent breakfast. come back after a long day out and grab a beer at the warm and friendly pub. Nothing around comes close."

"Loved everything about the hotel! My only problem was that there is no electric charge point so i missed breakfast on my last day because i spent most of my time trying to find electric charging point to charge my car! It would make life much easier for your customers who have electric cars if you had a couple of chargeing points on the property "

"The location of this hotel is excellent, right in the heart of Chichester and only a 10 min walk from the Festival Theatre. Room was very comfortable, if a little small, and the breakfast was cooked to order, not from a buffet. Our room and the hotel generally was very clean."
