"The room was very comfortable and homely. I was woken by a droning noise which on inspection was coming from either a boiler or air conditioning unit outside by the kitchen area. I put the tv on low to cover it and did go back to sleep. The check in was smooth and friendly. Unfortunately the heating wasn’t working but the site manager came over and discovered that the boiler wasn’t working so there was no hot water or heating. I was offered another room but I had already unpacked and it was late...
