We thought the pots and pans were due to be replaced and a couple dish cloths to clean the countertops and wash dishes with. The dishwasher was not working properly. Overall a nice place to have a great visit with family. "

"Family wedding and house close to downtown venue. Area is clean and surrounding neighborhood nice. House was more beautiful than the listing photos and exceeded my expectations. Jesse was very nice and accommodating answering my questions quickly. Thank you we had a wonderful time and were very comfortable. We had plenty of space and enjoyed our visit. "We are Modesto Birth & Beyond, a Doula Group, and we celebrated two of our Doulas who are pregnant with a small little sprinkle! It accommodated all eight of us comfortably. The kitchen is an updated modern farmhouse with an open layout. Also, a lovely butler’s pantry too. We were able to make dinner as well as breakfast! We will be back!! "
