"We stayed at the Modesto Mansion for the Christmas 2024 holiday. We arrived to a clean and welcoming environment, decorated for the season! The mansion provided plenty of space, both inside and out, for our extended family to enjoy. There were plenty of living areas for people to gather to talk, play games, and enjoy time together. There were great opportunities for family fun outside from football and soccer to swimming in the pool and soaking in the hot tub. The fire pit and sectional seating...

"We rented this property to attend a family wedding. The property is clean and very spacious. We enjoyed the pool and pac man and street fighter. We thought that the lemon tree was really cool. They dont grow like that where we are from. The beds were comfy and the kitchen was very spacious. We will be returning "

"This house is amazing. Very clean and had everything we needed for cooking etc. The view from this property is incredible. We were even greeted by cows and deer. It’s very private and the home itself is spectacular. Short drive to the marina. We even walked down and swam in the little cove below the property. Not a far walk, but definitely a little steep when walking back up. We had an amazing time and will definitely be back! "
