"This house is amazing. Very clean and had everything we needed for cooking etc. The view from this property is incredible. We were even greeted by cows and deer. It’s very private and the home itself is spectacular. Short drive to the marina. We even walked down and swam in the little cove below the property. Not a far walk, but definitely a little steep when walking back up. We had an amazing time and will definitely be back! "

"It was a bait and switch. As we landed in Ca received message our rental was unavailable and another in its place. Replaced home was substandard. Carpet filthy, no supplies ie dishwasher soap, shower gel etc. rate on website was lower than we were charged. Asked for the difference of $500. No response from owner"

"We rented this property for nine family members in all age ranges. The host was very friendly and was on the property and was quick to respond with questions and needs. The house was lovely and enough room for all to spread out. The farm did have the farm smells that you would expect but so worth it as we got to mingle with geese, checks, goats, cows and of course the amazing Alpacas! We loved our stay and would highly recommend!"

"Although the listing indicated the availability of pool and spa, not only were they unavailable for use but were a health hazard as they were filthy, green & slimy which is the perfect breeding ground for mosquitos. I was not notified that the pool was not available until my check-in instructions were provided two day before check-in which was then too late to find another property. The condition of the pool was not listed and only discovered upon moving in. There were multiple other issues with...
