"This cabin had everything I could ask for and more. We are a family of four and two docs. We loved our time at the cabin. I brought enough food for our weekend and found the kitchen to be well and nicely equipped. I was able to cook all of our meals without issue. Our children loved the dock and we all enjoyed the deck. It was lovely playing board games in the evening and we rented a boat from parkway Marina and had a lovely time out on the lake. I've never boated before but found it to be pretty easy to navigate. I've never spent much time at a lake but this trip has made me a convert. We will be back!"

"Our first time at SML did not disappoint. Cabin was comfortable for the 3 of us and our pup. It was clean and the kitchen had everything we needed to make meals and enjoy them on the deck. We spent a lot of time at the dock/floating dock relaxing, reading, swimming (yes it was cold!!), and soaking in the sun. We brought our canoe and paddleboard and the quiet no wake cove was perfect for paddling and exploring. A great place to unwind and get away from it all. Two things to note: bring sheets and towels and need to take the trash to the convenience center (about 7 mins away). Neither one affected the quality of our stay. Definitely recommend and looking forward to visiting again."

"The location could not have been any better, including neighborhood boat ramp, dock, a few restaurant options, and proximity to the tournament launch marina via boat or car. Could not get the lights or outlets to work on the dock, but I'm sure that could be rectified with additional communication. Most of the towel rolls left in the bedrooms did not include washcloths, but we were able to look in the other bedrooms and find a few. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and we will definitely be back! "
