"The check in clerks leave much to be desired. The first lady we dealt with was polite but the clerk on our leave day didn't say a word. I came down stairs to grab a cart and the fridge door that contains milk was open. I walked passed the guy sitting in the dining room to close it and walked out. He never looked up from his phone. He sat there with a full bag of garbage and never even looked up from his phone. When we left a few hours later, I handed him our room keys and he still not a word....

"Our overall stay was nice. Only a few callouts had to be made which it should have been communicated upon check in that they do not clean rooms daily, it’s every 3 days. We had to bring our towels down to front desk & exchange for fresh ones. Also the rooms are not well insulated because we could hear the snoring & convo of the people next door. Also I called to see if they would allow for an earlier check in & was told only if you’re a Marriott bonvoy member & if a room was ready at 2pm. So we...

"Good, clean hotel. No issues that would cause me not to stay but some minor aesthetic flaws. A/C was nice and cold, mini fridge worked great, beds comfy and clean. The only minor things were that there were some holes left in the wall where the a/c unit had, apparently, been moved in an update and not patched up, some wallpaper was bubbling (though it was obviously new,) and the water pressure was pretty low. But convenient for our trip purposes and would stay here again. Hope they get these few...
