"We are so glad we stayed at Three Bears Cottage! The place is a perfect size for a couple and is nicely tucked away with great scenery near Park Grove Inn. You are welcomed with a bottle of wine upon arrival and the place was very clean and well organized. "My wife and I recently enjoyed a wonderful stay at this cabin. We really loved our time at the cabin. It made us both want to move to Tennessee. It is secluded, yet close enough to Newport and Gatlinburg to be convenient for shopping and entertainment. We found a wonderful coffee shop nearby called “Our Place.” Overall, it was a wonderful day and I cannot wait to return."

"This property is located within a neighborhood, but on a main road. The driveway is easy to miss. Drivers on the road are going fast and we passed the driveway ups couple times. This property is very roomy. The furnishings are lovely and the beds were comfy. Inside was clean and organized. Bathrooms are small. Master is sufficient, but the second one quite hard to function in. But we survived that. Our only real disappointment was the cleanliness of the patio. Hot tub is large and functions...

"We traveled to the Asheville area to help an elderly family member get settled. The cottage was a great place to have a break from all the work during our time there! There were lovely accommodations for all if us (including our young daughter). Gary and Michelle were excellent hosts and made sure to check on us and make sure everything was good. "We were only here for a short time and mainly just needed a place to sleep. The hot tub and location attracted us and was exactly what we needed during our stay. Location was perfect for getting downtown, and the hot tub was working and clean. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies and was very clean. The house is right next to a really great restaurant that we walked to for dinner and loved. Our only negative was that both beds were very uncomfortable and did not feel clean....

"Was a good location to drive to the Biltmore Estate facilities if you want to stay off the estate. Breakfast each morning was great and they varied the menu! The pool was open and they actually had towels available at the pool! Unfortunately, the hot tub spa was closed for renovations. "
