"A cute little place. Clean and comfortable. Only thing is there is no heat in either bathroom. Really cold when showering. Very inconvenient to plug up space heaters in bathrooms just for heat. Other than that it was good. "

"My boyfriend and I came here for a pre-Valentine’s day getaway and had the best time. The plan was to go skiing one day and to the casino the next. We had such an amazing time here though that we skipped the skiing! My boyfriend built us a bonfire one night and we watched the Super Bowl the next night while listening to the waterfall. I’ve never been to North Carolina before but staying here definitely made it one of my favorite trips ever! "

"The overall trip was alrite. When we got to the place and got in one of the bedrooms was locked couldnt get in. The up stairs was full of big black ants. The internet kelpt going in and out could watch tv in the mother in law suite. The hot tub didnt have any chlorine in it nor was it clean had dirt floating around on top of the water. The air at was not blowing cold air. The little on the front of the house was making loud noises at night cause the water would be to low. We would fill it...

"My friends and I stayed here for a bachelorette party and it was beautiful, clean, had great amenities, and is very close to anywhere you want to go (Dollywood, Pigeon Forge strip, etc.). We loved it, would recommend! "

"Our family of 13 had the best time. We didn't do the touristy things, we just visited the area around Cosby. This home has so many fun things to do we didn't really need to go anywhere else. The home is exquisite with so many amenities. Our group ranged in ages from 78 through 14 and there was always something to do. The pool and hot tub were great and everyone enjoyed them. "I initially choose this property due to the location on the river. It’s literally across the street so you can hear the water and see everything from the front porch. It’s very close to Waynesville and area towns. For a close eat we recommend the Haywood cafe. Very friendly staff and good food at a reasonable price. Place is very clean and the host is thoughtful and communicates well. "
