"We were a family with young children and stayed for 4 nights. The hotel itself is great - the size and amenities available (they have a whole range of baby items and other handy items that you can request for FOC) is unbeatable in Japan. However, the location of the property itself is in a seedy area, amidst rows of very colorful nightclubs. On the first night, we were awoken at 2am by a fight but otherwise we got back by 8.30pm every night and never felt unsafe."

" Helpful staff Good location More spacious than the average hotel room - The room layout made it so that the shower, toilet, and sink are somehow separate from the bedroom itself and away from the room's heater - Room clean-up schedule seems to be in the mid-afternoon.
