Front desk staff were very quick, attentive, and helpful with check in and any requests, and the breakfast had a lot of great options. The room was comfortable and clean. I would easily come here again.

Value for $. Staff was helpful and friendly. They gave us a smoking room. When we said we needed a non- smoking room, they accommodated. Just remember that the Japanese operate like clockwork. Checkin at 4pm mean 4pm. Breakfast closed at 9:30 and it will close at 9:30 sharp. If you are a minute late .... too bad.

チェックイン、チェックアウトは機械のタッチパネルで操作するやり方で、不慣れな人がけっこういて、その都度スタッフが丁寧に教えていたのは好感がもてた。土地勘が全く無かったけど　ぷらぷら歩いて10分位の所に色んな飲食店があって食事する立地条件はいいと思う。ホテル前にある駐車場は出し入れできて¥1500とのことだったが、チェックイン前に車を止めて辺りの駐車場を探して、すぐ近くのいずみビルの駐車場が翌日の出発予定時間過ぎまででも¥1000だったので　そちらを利用した。そのことをホテルの女性スタッフに話したら、GOOD CHOICE と言ってくれたのも正直で好感度アップ　でした。
