"Look no further if you want a super clean, well stocked condo that’s close enough to walk to Beale St. and downtown. We went around the corner to the best Gus’ fried chicken, met nice people at the Tinder Box cigar store, enjoyed coffee and pastries nearby, walked to Southpoint grocery and thoroughly enjoyed coming “home” to this snug little place. I love the brick walls and industrial lighting! The bed was comfortable. We will stay here again when in Memphis!"

"The host failed to send out the check-in details within two days of purchase. When an agent was contacted about check-in details the host wasn't available and didn't reach out until 4 hours after check-in time. "

"This is a cozy quiet location that was perfect for my wife and me. We loved the proximity to the freeway entrance which made it really easy to get around during our visit. The service stairwell and the hall smell like smoke but that is the only not so great thing about this place and it is more of a general building thing instead of the actual property. I would stay here again."
