"We have booked the Cottage for several years for the St. Jude's race weekend. It is an easy 10 minute walk to downtown events spaces and restaurants. "

The property has a spacious living area—a comfy sitting spot for Netflix and chill. A bar table to enjoy a tasty meal, have a coffee or hang around.

"Tim the property manager was great! The rental was cold, uncomfortable & had a leak in the kitchen pantry! Black mold on the ceiling where it was leaking & a bowl full of nasty water from the leak was right next to the plates & Bowles! Cable tv most stations not subscribed to, water heater way to small & had 5 minutes of hot water to shower. The property owners should be ashamed to rent this to anybody!!!"

"The apartment was in a great location. Reasonable parking garage that was walking distance. Our host was great with communication. Check in was simple.. Great view of the Memphis bridge. Hilliard's Mississippi "

"This place was a little slice of heaven. Area and the neighbors were very quiet almost to the point I thought I was there by myself. So glad I found this place and if I ever visit Memphis again I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended "
