"Lovely room, not so nice view of some kind of plant room, couldn't have window open because of the noise from it, lovely breakfast, plenty of choice and hot. Thought the £20 changed for using pool excessive, so didn't use it. Would stay again "

"Good location - staff friendly and helpful - room lightening very dull to read anything only bathroom light bright - no lifts only stairs - beds were small I was frightened to turn over incase I fell out of bed - seems an old building g needs a refurb to modernise it - windows didn’t open to stay open enough to get signing and radiators in a timer room very warm- otherwise it served the purpose glad we only stayed 1 night "

"This is high quality b and b we stayed here for new year's eve and had a lovely time we was welcomed and the host was very friendly and helpful we would definitely stay here again, the rooms was clean and the beds was really comfortable, there was lovely little touches to the room and snacks and biscuits and little chocolates on the pillow the furniture and towels was high quality thank you for a welcoming stay "

"a recently refurbished hotel not far from the centre of Chester, lovely room with a fab shower, it’s not easy to park in front of the hotel but there are a few spaces at the back. "
