"Nothing mot to like on arrival was welcomed by a young member of stafe by the name of jack very polite young man checked us in to our room escorted us to our room expland how to use the facilities in the room very helpful with information of places to dine for our stay if we would be going out for the evening excellent service visiting chester again stone villa will be our first choice of accommodation "

"Good location - staff friendly and helpful - room lightening very dull to read anything only bathroom light bright - no lifts only stairs - beds were small I was frightened to turn over incase I fell out of bed - seems an old building g needs a refurb to modernise it - windows didn’t open to stay open enough to get signing and radiators in a timer room very warm- otherwise it served the purpose glad we only stayed 1 night "

"Lovely staff, easy check in, fantastic room very comfy and clean and had everything we could have wished for. The only down side was someone was hammering on the front door for half an hour at 4.30am which woke us up but will definitely stay here again. Haven’t tried the breakfast yet as it’s only 7am but I’m told it’s wonderful!"

"We had a lovely 2 night stay, the room we stayed in was a lot nicer than the pictures on the website it was really modern. Breakfast was lovely but the conservatory you sat in to dine was quite dated. Easy to find a parking space and loads of lovely restaurants on Faulkner Street which is less than 5 minutes walk away. "

"a recently refurbished hotel not far from the centre of Chester, lovely room with a fab shower, it’s not easy to park in front of the hotel but there are a few spaces at the back. "

"I was able to experience staying in a typical Victorian house. The owner made sure I had all I needed; he was prompt, cheerful, and polite. Groceries, fine dining, take-out, etc. are all nearby. I especially liked the charity shops where I was able to buy old books."

"In my opinion this was a low budget hotel which served the needs of my brother and myself adequately. We just needed somewhere to bed down for the night and the Dene Hotel was the ideal place due to it's location."

"Really enjoyed our stay at the Bawn Lodge. Well situated 20 minutes walk from town, small shops right across the street and easily reached from the motorway. The property itself is clean and the beds very comfortable. The breakfasts weren't the best I've ever had, but there was plenty of choice with cereal, yogurt, fruit, toast, juice and coffee or tea and a full cooked breakfast. "The hotel was very comfortable. Outstanding location. The staff was amazing. The room was quite comfortable and spotless. The only negative or possible drawback would be if you have a car you can’t park out front while you check in. There is a garage so parking is readily available. But there’s no Lyft from the garage to the hotel and you are required to either walk around or carry your luggage down the stairs. Other than that, I have nothing bad to say about this property. "Had a great experience staying at Cove! The location is perfect, right in a shopping area with plenty of food outlets, making it super convenient. The apartments on the 6th floor were quiet and comfortable, providing a peaceful retreat despite being in a busy area. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with anything needed. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located place to stay in Liverpool! "
