"We loved the daily tidying up and overall customer service of the staff, especially the free later check-out option. It was really nice to be within walking distance of everything we were wanting to do and still enjoy local eateries along the way. The only feedback we have for improvement is to have a shuttle bus to and from the airport and possibly better pricing for the restaurant across the street in partnership with the hotel. We also did not have access to the pool which we were looking...

"The bartender May was very professional and personable at the same time. Very accommodating service. The lady at the front door bottom of the escalator needs to learn how to smile. She has more of the attitude of a jail warden receiving new prisoners than a friendly welcoming valet. Hotel suffers of the same disease as the Hong Kong does in general: An increase influx of Maitland Chinese both tourists and staff largely uncivilized, unmannered and uneducated."
