"The view of my suite was breathtaking over looking Victoria harbor—when the hotel says it’s a harbor view, I think they undersold how beautiful it was😂! Throughout my stay, the service was professional and excellent. I had a very late flight on my departure day, they allowed me to use the grant club until the end, which was very kind. "

"Used to be very good but going downhill. Lack of service in buffet breakfast. Asked for higher floor but wasn’t offered by the agent at all. The free red wine wasn’t delivered to my room until the second day I asked again. "
