Take your next Lake Tahoe vacation to this lakefront home on the west shore. Enjoy the large Grandview home in Homewood with buoy and pier access. Located close to Homewood Ski resort, trails for hiking/biking and the bike path to Tahoe City. Enjoy the use of the buoy and pier, as well as the beautifully manicured lawn and lakefront area of the home.

The main floor's living area is open and has an updated kitchen. In addition to the gorgeous fireplace to warm up beside, you have beautiful furnishings and decorations throughout. The south facing deck will be a pure joy with a morning cup of coffee or good book. There is enough seating at the dining table to accommodate 8 people for family style meals.

The main floor features a master bedroom with ensuite bathroom, as well as views of the lake. The lower floor features a second master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, and two other bedrooms and bathroom and access to lake and hot tub.

Very beautiful and relaxing house
It's a perfect place for relaxing. We didn't have to go outside to have a great view of the lake. We can even enjoy the sunrise from inside by the big window! We mostly just stayed inside and have a great time.

Very lovely home with amazing views of Lake Tahoe! The house was perfect for my family of 6 to spread out and relax. The hot tub was great for relaxing after long days of exploring. We hope to be back one day!

Great property and location. Stunning views and you can’t beat the hot tub overlooking the lake. We had an amazing time. My only feedback is to improve snow removal for the deck and hot tub area.

Beautiful Hone Away From Home
We’ve been coming to Lake Tahoe every year during September but this was our first time in a lakefront home and it did not disappoint. The home is as pictured and has all of the amenities to make you feel at home. It was very clean and well kept. Being right on the water is a huge benefit, slip your paddle board or kayak right into the lake for a sunrise paddle or sit in one of the beautiful chaise lounge chairs and sip your morning coffee. Walkable to hiking trails and a local market/deli was a plus, too. It is right on Lake Blvd, and although the road noise did not bother us, it felt a little unsafe to cross the road to the walking path. Overall a 5/5 and we intend to come back.

A really outstanding location. On the plus side, it had terrific amenities, including a small area to swim, hot tub, outdoor sitting area balconies, and even a dock! Great property. I would suggest however, that you lower your expectations a bit in that the property is older and some areas look a little tired. The cleaning was not perfect, but OK. There is quite a bit of traffic noise in the morning and evening during high traffic flow, but not noticeable inside the house. But all in all an incredible location and view. We would definitely rebook

Beautiful view from every room. Easy entry. Clean and sanitized. We felt at home the entire trip and hope to book this cabin again. The pictures only show half the beauty of this location.

My family and I stayed in this exquisite home for 3 nights in the winter. The views are exquisite out of every window or door, just incredible! The home is well supplied and children and dog friendly. The heat works really well and we were so cozy in this large home. We would love to come back! The location was perfect! Thank you!

As advertised. Exceptional location with unmatched views of the lake. We brought our boat up and the buoy was easy to locate and in perfect distance to dock/ house. The kayak to and from the house was super useful and appreciated. Loved my stay and the house was fully equipped!

Family Thanksgiving Weekend
Property was beautiful with everything we needed to celebrate Thanksgiving with extended family. The views from the main floor were breathtaking… many of us woke up early to watch the sunrise and enjoyed amazing wines while watching the sunset. We will definitely return during the summer months.

Great hot tub. Beautiful views. Extremely close to the road. Please include that in the house write up. Quiet location. Please replace the nonstick frypans and just so you know your kitchen faucet is very loose. Loved the living room and bedrooms and bathrooms. We had a wonderful time and hope to return.

Wonderful view of Lake Tahoe!
We loved staying at this lakefront property. The sunrise views were absolutely stunning! Home had everything we needed (except it was oddly without wash cloths). Very comfortable, clean and well-appointed. Kitchen was fully stocked. We were three couples who stayed, and all bedrooms were comfortable and had great views. We had plenty of space and never felt crowded. We all would stay here again!

Underpised and Overdelivered
I can’t write enough positive things about this house. The view is unbeatable. Zero obstructions between you and the lake. The beds are huge and comfortable, and there is great water pressure. The only drawbacks are the proximity to the road (which is quickly canceled out by the proximity to the lake), the heating system kicks on very aggressively in the middle of the night downstairs, and the hot water runs cold occasionally after 1-2 showers. But will 100% be staying again and again. This house is amazing.

A special Place
Yes it looks just like the photos. Yes it is a great spot right on the lake with all the toys and things you need to just hand and relax. Super well equipped from kitchen to games. Comfortable beds and furnishings. A lived in rustic look and feel which is good. Only downside is it is right on the main highway around the lake which many of the lakeside houses are so you can hear the cars when outside but the house itself is well insulated. The beauty over rules any downside. Tahoma is a great spot too on the west shore.

Loved the location outdoor area has beautiful lake view. House needs a good deep cleaning. Broken glass under the trash compactor. Carpet was damp outside downstair bedroom at the end of the hallway. Downstairs is very dark and smells musty. Bring your own paper towels less than half roll was provided for our 4 day stay. Bring your own hand soap the hand soap in bathrooms had been diluted were 80 percent water. Was asked to run a load of laundry but there was no laundry soap. Some of the king pillows had standard size pillow cases that didn’t cover the entire pillow. The hot tub was serviced which is a good thing however opening the door to find two men on the deck was a little startling may be a good idea to have them ring the door bell to let you know they are there. All in all the trip which we do every year in October was relaxing. Dinner at Sunnyside our last night was amazing.

"It's Literally Perfect"
This house was absolutely perfect. I stayed here to celebrate my birthday with a few friends and it was the most relaxing time. The kitchen was equipped with everything needed to make dinner and breakfast, the hot tub looking out at the lake was magical, the little platform off to the side of the house was perfect for looking at stars at night. I couldn't stop raving about the place, I felt so at home. I can only imagine what its like in the summer with the back lawn not covered with snow. And it was easy to communicate with the property management company. If there was any feedback it would be that there were no beach towels to use for the hot tub and no extra towels for showering. But overall, it was a perfect house, perfect weekend. Thanks!

A perfect lake house for family, friends, and supreme comfort. Positives: beds are very comfortable, views are awesome, super clean, fireplace with wood provided, very responsive property manager, quiet nights in a hot tub, and amazing water pressure in the showers. Things to consider: there are two traditional coffee makers and one does not work. The one that does uses cone shaped filters. The fridge ice maker does not work- but many ice trays are provided full of ice. Lots of geese poop on lawn. Grill outside has some functional handicaps (knobs fall off easily). Overall, I would recommend this house to everyone!

Fabulous views, maintenance needed
Being on the lakefront with spectacular views almost made up for several things that needed attention; a broken bed, broken coffee maker, not enough towels provided, dirty wine glasses, burned out bulbs, and loose decking. A previous guest left garbage in several places outside that a bear got into (including dirty diapers). We made the most of it and enjoyed ourselves, but these things were disappointing. For the price, I expected too much, evidently.

The house is right on the water with a dock. It is a beautiful view from the main room. However, the house is on a very busy road and you can hear loud road noise at all hours. The amenities were far fewer than what other comparable VRBOs have offered from my experience. The cookware was very old and worn, as were the cooking utensils. Two of the stove burners would not light and there were some lights out throughout the house. The host doesn’t provide any toiletries, such as shampoo and body wash for the shower. The house is located very close to cafes, markets, and trail heads. However none of it is walkable due to the busy road.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was wonderful. The view there is stunning, the house is excellently constructed, and for a rental property, the furnishings were superb.On the downside, the heating controls did not seem to work super well. We had to open doors/windows even after turning the heat to the lowest setting to make it bearable the first evening at the property.Another issue was with the televisions. The one in the master bedroom needs to be hung on a wall, as it is non-viewable otherwise. For the tv in the living room, there were four controllers we found and it was next to impossible to figure out what controlled what, and what services/channels were available based on the information in the property's guidebook. I appreciated the kindness and superior service the women we spoke with at check-in provided. Our flight arrived into Reno early, so we arrived to the property at 3pm, and she allowed us to check-in early. The individual from the property service who called us on our second to last day was not so personable. We accidently had left a light on outside and they said they had a neighbor complain, and she was very sharp in her tone about making sure to not let it happen again even after I apologized.I would definitely recommend the property to others. If driving from the Reno airport, plan an hour travel time, and be sure to stop at one of the Safeway stores on the way to stock up on food for your stay.

Wonderful location
This is the second year I have stayed for a week. It is a beautiful place, and everyone enjoys it! We love everything about the house, especially the dock, which, for a boating family, makes life so much easier for easy unloading and picking up. Thank you for the great memories!
