"We took our teens during winter for some fun in the snow. The location is great: close to downtown Truckee and all that Tahoe Donner has to offer. The cabin is cozy and comfortable. Other reviewers have mentioned that it is dated, and some of the fixtures and furnishings may be a bit dated, but everything was operational, comfortable, and this is one of the more affordably priced rentals in the area. "We loved our time at this Tahoe City home. The host was super helpful and responsive, and even accommodated early check in/late check out for us. It was just the right amount of space for 2 young families with kids, had an amazing view of the lake and was close to ski mountains. All in all a great stay. My only note for potential renters in the winter is that the driveway is steep and can get icy. Definitely took some management and were glad we had 4WD cars."

"We had a great time in this cozy home! It was perfectly situated between all of the things we wanted to do while in Lake Tahoe. "Wow! This condo was everything we hoped for and more. Updated, comfortable and well stocked and what a fabulous location just steps away from the beach and the Hyatt. We rented this condo for my sons wedding at the Hyatt next door. The condo was closer to the ballroom and restaurant than any Hyatt room for sure - it was just perfect for our family. The owners were fabulous to deal with and super responsive. We definitely hope to stay again in the future!"
