"Regretfully, we booked a suite but it turns out they were double-booked and put us in an another, smaller room, which didn’t have the same facilities. Staff were quite dismissive and told us to complain to Expedia and ask for a refund as the room they put us in was cheaper. 3 days later and the Expedia can’t contact the management to arrange a refund of any kind. Such a shame because it is a lovely place and the foot in the pub was genuinely excellent. But we paid an additional £185 for this...
