This unique group home is an 1850s farmhouse.
This former guesthouse promises a cozy experience surrounded by the peace and beauty of nature.
It is located on the outskirts of the historic village of Holwerd and directly on the Wadden Sea.
Above all, the farm exudes tranquillity, and there is plenty to do, making it great for groups even in winter.
For children, there is a special play corner with a TV.
The farm is also very suitable for groups with intellectual disabilities and their caretakers
Holwerd is located in the Wadden area, surrounded by natural beauty and tranquility. It is characterized by its many fishermen's cottages and small alleys.
There are many opportunities for hiking, cycling, and farm golf here. This group accommodation is ideally suited as a base for mudflat hiking.
Mudflat walks can be arranged for groups staying at this accommodation. Guides are employed to do this. Ask the Owner about this. The owner can also arrange bicycles.
Accompanied by a recognized mudflat guide, you can tour the mudflats. Tours are organized from the Stelpshoeve. The trip is tailored to the group and lasts 2.5 to 3 hours
Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine
Because of the peace and quiet and possible neighbours, noise nuisance is not allowed/prohibited in this holiday home
This accommodation is rented only to family groups
The homeowner lives in the same house where the holiday home is located
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
