"Staff was great. Every time I had a question, (and I had a lot) they bent over backward to help. I do wish they offered a shuttle to/from the metro. When you get off the train, it’s a 10-15 min walk uphill in the cold to return to the hotel. Also, I wish we had more dining options, but the free breakfast is a full breakfast which is nice. "This hotel was centrally located in the area where we wanted to explore, breakfast bar was OUTSTANDING, and the staff was so kind to us. One of the night staff helped us find a lost wallet that was left in the hotel shuttle, translated on the phone for us, and was so sweet! I highly recommend this place."

Great value for money

"The hotel was such good value. 24hr reception was great as we had been delayed so didn't arrive until 1am. The breakfast offering is huge, there's something for everyone. The rooms are a little tired, but the beds are incredibly comfortable. There are no kettles in the room but there's a coffee machine in the foyer (charged), and you can purchase cup noodles from reception and they will provide hot water."

Great hotel choice for city centre break

"It's our 2nd time back to this hotel for a short city stay. It's a super convenient location right next to the train station and the main city centre. The breakfast offering is extremely varied and plentiful, and really high quality which is constantly refreshed. Great for setting you up for the day. The hotel is clean and comfortable. Can highly recommend."
