"Staff was great. Every time I had a question, (and I had a lot) they bent over backward to help. I do wish they offered a shuttle to/from the metro. When you get off the train, it’s a 10-15 min walk uphill in the cold to return to the hotel. Also, I wish we had more dining options, but the free breakfast is a full breakfast which is nice.
