"The only complaint I have is that because these are unmanaged or at least I never met or saw an employee - there was no one to deal with the folks who decided to stay up yelling and screaming all night. The next night too someone came onto a shared balcony and tried to look into my window. Just there wasn’t anyone to call in these situations for help."

"Apartment was centrally located and of a good standard. Things I didn’t like. Dishwasher but no tablets. TV but could only get Netflix if you had a subscription. Coffee machine but no filter coffee. Basic kitchen equipment but no nice extras like tea and coffee etc."

"Great location, very close to Central Station and Bus terminal, The apartment had everything we needed for our 7night stay, I would say to improve our experience maybe an information pack- ie emergency info/ places to eat/tourist locations would be helpful, but with secure WiFi in apartment it wasn’t a problem, the office is open until 23.00 which for us was great, along with free luggage storage within the office "
