The room is very big and clean. It is a super room and hotel. The hotel is near the metro and 15 minutes about city center. The all day train ticket ise 124 kron in 30.08.2024.

Amazing hotel let down by inexperienced staff

The room and property was fantastic. The staff at the front desk was a let down and led to a disappointing experience at the start. The buffet as well as the staff at the restaurant were superb though. Had great connecting rooms, though the AC was not functioning properly... And we did not want to interact with the staff at the reception.. Had a mixed experience... This was in stark contrast to our superb experience at the Radisson Blu Ankara, where the superb room experience was amplified by the great staff and service. This one did not even have anyone to assist us with the luggage. We had to move entire luggage in a trolley ourselves.
