"I stayed at the Laguna as it's my go to hotel when in Poole/Bournemouth. The hotel is clean but not the cleanest, staff are friendly happy and helpful. The hotel is located close to Bournemouth centre, an easy 10 minutes stroll through the pleasure gardens will get you to town centre bars restaurant, shops etc and the beach is just a few minutes further walking. Free parking at the hotel is a big plus and on cloudy or rainy days the hotels own indoor pool is a massive bonus if you have children...

"Our stay was lovely. Room, food and staff could not be faulted. I have a garlic intolerance and the chefs were helpful and supplied alternatives, that were delicious. Hope to return in the future. Big thanks to everyone."

"Nice hotel, close to the centre and an easy walk to the beach. Very clean. A bit dated in areas - but nothing to worry about. Tip - if you are using the pool bring flip flops and a robe as the changing rooms are down some stairs and are a bit cold - this way yiu could just straight from/to your room."

"Staff were extremely welcoming and helpful during our stay. Room felt a bit dated although we had a very big room with a comfortable bed. Bathroom could do with a curtain rather than a net curtain as when you have the light on at night you feel overlooked by neighbouring properties. Breakfast was delicious with a good choice and decent size. Parking was good and secure. Overall we had a great stay and would definitely return. "

"Down visiting friends and family, the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The leisure facilities were excellent with a well laid out facilities plan with only one problem of having to find the toilets which were separate from the changing rooms, and found at the end of the corridor on the right hand side. As for the room itself, it was clean and tidy with an air-con unit when it gets too hot. There was a stain on the duvet cover (a small one but nothing serious) and the same again on the...
