"We arrived at 18:30 so it was dark. It was minus 2 degrees and we had just driven for 5 hours. The poor lighting made it difficult to park and find the pod. When we eventually got in there was no heating on which meant it was very cold and damp. There was a small heater but no instruction so difficult to turn on. The facilities are very basic (no water in the pod) and although it it is compared to camping for the price we expected more - probably why no refunds are accepted. We were unable to...

"Stunning 4 bedroom Townhouse, centrally located for cafes, restaurants and sightseeing. Towels and bedding were provided along with tea, coffee and sugar. The only thing I would say is that we couldn't let the dog off the leash in the back garden due to 2 missing fence panels. Would happily stay here again."
