" The check-in time was listed as 4:00 PM, but I arrived a bit early around 3:30 PM hoping to possibly wait in the lobby. Unfortunately, I found the hotel locked and was unable to enter through the front door, which was quite disappointing. It would have been helpful to know that the building would be inaccessible prior to check-in time. I understand check-in starts at 4:00 PM, but having a place to wait or clear communication about building access would greatly improve the guest experience."
