"The Cozy Cabin was cozy! My family had a wonderful stay. It was exactly what we needed while visiting our son at Juniata College. We were able to relax and unwind while he still had classes. We were able to enjoy family time. Heather was phenomenal. She helped with restaurant suggestions and aided us when we asked for help. It has that “home way from home” feel and very cozy. Nestled between my sons wedding location and reception it was the perfect location. "Amazing stay - loved the property and all the animals. Nice and quiet with plenty of privacy to enjoy our vacation. Cabin was a great space for unwinding after a day in the woods exploring. Our 2.5 year old loved the playground monster truck that was right near the cabin & the never ending supply of farm cats. Very relaxing and comfortable. Will 100% be going back. "This is a comfortable, small house on a gravel road in the woods near Blue Mountain State Park. Kitchen is well furnished. Property manager Tori was very helpful when we couldn't figure out how to switch from a/c to heat. A great back deck with shade from big trees. Mostly quiet--an occasional car goes by on a bigger road nearby, and one afternoon there was target practice or fire crackers. A good place to relax and get away, but the wifi works if you want to be connected."

"This was our first time at this property, but hopefully will not be our last! The home and bunkhouse are both more spacious than in the pictures online. Everything was immaculately clean, and everything you could want was available at the property. Plenty of outdoor seating, and lovely ambience in the evenings. The owners were incredibly pleasant to work with and responded promptly to any query I made with them. I would give a rating of 10 stars if I could! "
