"My primary criticism was with the check-in process. Arrival at the base of resort, and initial check-in there was very efficient. No complaints there. The problem was when I arrived off the the tram. I had no clear idea of where to go to find the hotel main reception, though I had a a vague idea from google maps for the area. "I love the place definetly i will come back again with my family in the right season. The crew is very helpful & smile. Crew hospitality is the main thing. Lugguage barrier should have a crew that really knowledgable about english because sometimes even you have google translate they very hard to understand the word you try to explain. Overall Excellent. "
