"We loved our stay at Melia DaNang. As it is the off season there was a bit of maintenance required around the place but was still kept very clean. We were very impressed with the staff all very helpful and happy to be at work, in particular the Bar supervisor Viet, Gnan from the restaurant and An from customer service were all extremely friendly, helpful and really wanted to serve and learn from us. "Spacious rooms and staff was very attentive and welcoming. Whenever there was any issues with the room, they were able to fix it immediately. A nice touch the hotel did was cleaning our room 2 times a day and also giving us some dried fruit snacks. We all had a great time and would come back. "
