"I had a great stay at this homestay! They provided towels and a bottle of water, and breakfast was decent and included in the price. The staff were very helpful, they arranged a motorbike rental for 150K VND per day and gave great recommendations on things to do and places to visit. The only downside was the cold room, as there was no heating.l and it is bit like big wooden tent. "This property is a scam. We booked and paid for 3 rooms thru Expedia. When we arrived they only have one room for our reservation. They want to push us to stay at their other property. Their other property is dirty and small. We flew thousands of miles to experience a homestay in the beautiful Sapa rice fields. Being weekend all the nice home stays were all booked.
