"We had booked a superior room and the room we had was very much less than superior and nothing like what the picture showed. I understand it’s an old hotel with many different rooms. They moved us after the first night and the room was staying and night and yet both were called superior rooms… it was dark, small bathroom, one sink, It should be considered a standard room. "Really excellent location - you need a map to find it but a lot of restaurants in quaint courtyards even closer than the Cathedral which is about a 3 minute walk away. Tiny issue - you check-in in the restaurant opposite - put a sign on the door. Very good facilities in a lovely period building. Never got around to going up to the roof. Good friendly staff."
