"This hotel grew on me. The room wasn’t warm and inviting, but I liked the high ceilings. There were lovely parts of the hotel we did not have time to explore. It was disappointing to have the “pool” be only a jacuzzi that closes early and was closed completely on Christmas Day. I book hotels to specifically use the pool and gym. Otherwise it was nice. "There is not a 24 hour staff person at this place (they had tried to contact me but I was traveling), but they are very nice and helpful. Just make sure that you let them know when you will arrive. The entry is a bit intimidating because it is locked on the ground floor and inside its a bit dark. When you go up to the actual place its bright and open. The breakfast was okay but there are MANY other places close by if you want something different. "
