"The property is magnificient and do not feel crowded at all. Wverything is beautoful and feel 5 stars...and i am an exigent client. The gym the spa and even the pool area are nice. The breakfast is adequate. Not mind blowing but good for those used to 5 stars. Hot chocolate is not good at all though. Staff were all polite smiling and helpful. The location is great, posh and beautiful. But i would not stay there to ezplore the whole island. We stayed 2 night there and 3 nighs in adeje. Was ideal to explore the island. Forget about the terizitas beach. Its ugly and feel like an industrial zone. "

"This hotel is beautiful! It is beautifully decorated. The staff is amazing and super helpful. The hotel is in the center of everything, right next to restaurants and stores and within walking distance of museums and parks. The rooftop bar with a pool is a wonderful bonus. Overall a wonderful place to stay. I highly recommend it."
