"Had a great stay here. Staff all extremely friendly and couldnt do enough for us , from the receptionist on arrival, to the cleaners , to the breakfast staff - nothing was too much trouble. Pool cleaned every morning while we breakfasted. Room was more than big enough , with a small balcony and some cooking facilities ( we didnt use ) - Microwave, hob and fridge , So much more than expected for the price. "Perfect location for lots of hiking and running routes. The hotel is clean and has great facilities, pool, gym and onsite laundry for a few euros. Parking is hard to come by although there are places to park on the street, it is pretty busy and we ended up with a scuff on the hire car on the first morning return to the car where someone had obviously tried to park behind us but failed! Food was good but the options are LIMITED! Usually only 2 mains each night one veggie, one not."

"Muy buena ubicación! Las habitaciones son sencillas pero cómodas, no tiene aire acondicionado pero Santa Cruz es fresco por la noche. Tiene ventilador y la nevera funciona perfectamente! Si quieres utilizar la caja fuerte del cuarto, tendrás que hacer un pago por ello, tómelo en cuenta. El baño no tiene la mejor presión de agua pero funciona. Lo mejor de la estadía fue la atención del personal sin duda!"
