"This was my wife and I first stay in Bruges and our stay at this hotel made the visit more the memorable All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was very comfortable, clean and well maintained as was the whole hotel.The underground car park was very convenient albeit a bit tight getting my car in and out of the lift! "This is such a lovely hotel, the room was amazing, staff very friendly. Very clean. Great breakfast food choice of fresh hot and cold food. Really nice decor - the terrace by the canal was a nice place to have our complementary drink and nice touches like chocolate when you arrive and biscuits when you leave. We had a great time thank you! Also very convenient for attractions and close to station. Everything was a 5 minute walk from the hotel. "

"The hotel room was lovely and the common spaces were very nice too. Weirdly, nowhere to get a hot drink in the hotel (other than the mini kettle in your room) before 4pm though. The “spa” was disappointing - it’s essentially a very small communal sauna (seats 4 people in a cosy manner) and a cold small swimming pool (no loungers or space to sit). We went down to the spa once and didn’t go back. I would still return, but would give the spa a miss and so wouldn’t book here if the spa is a big...
