I celebrated my birthday at the French restaurant Azur, which exceeded my expectations with its exceptional food and service. The hotel staff consistently provided prompt and professional assistance via email. The first-floor staff members I interacted with were friendly and supportive. Notably, a housekeeping staff member demonstrated exceptional attention to detail and respect for customers’ space and privacy. Although the facility conditions were not ideal due to years of use, my room on the higher floors with a harbor view and ample space was spacious enough. I recommend this hotel to those visiting Yokohama."
