"Pet friendly weekend get away. Our dog loved the fenced in backyard. This cottage was perfect. It was close to restauraunts, wineries, and breweries. Some hiking trails within 30 minutes that our dog loved as well. Such as the Finger Lakes National Forest. It had all items for cooking a meal at home too. Cleanest vacation rental we have ever stayed in!!! Thank you for a wonderful stay. "

"We so enjoyed our stay, especially given there were no near barking dogs or misbehaving children (we are empty nesters). The property though, needs to have the addition of a TV and DVD movie selections. We brought a portable DVD player with us. This could be easily added to the lower level room. "This was a business trip for racing. GPS took us to street below location so I could see the house, but took a few minutes to figure out how to get to the actual street. The street is on a one way road. Great place with the necessary basics. Will continue to rent there in the future for the racing events!"

"Let's start with the host and the amenities. The guest accommodations and small touches that the host included were better than any vacation home I've ever stayed in! The house is beautifully decorated and well appointed. The views from the three levels of decks are unbelievable and gorgeous! The location is secluded and it's almost as if there is no one around! The location was a quick 8 minute drive to Geneva and close to so many wineries! We did not want to leave!"
