"Beautiful location and very well furnished. We had family members coming in from Maine, NC and Brooklyn for the Thanksgiving holiday. We felt very welcomed as we walked in to beautiful home with an oversized dining table set for 12. The kitchen had an abundance of dishes and cookware. Close to the airport and major shopping centers. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend to anyone planning a large gathering. "

"Our trip to Rochester was sad - my mom passed away and we were there for the funeral and burial. It snowed and was very windy upon our arrival. The lockbox worked and we gained access to the house. My brother stayed with us and we were comfortable. Our family enjoyed the large sunroom and family room after the burial. It was very quiet. Cheryl responded to all my questions and was helpful."

"We wanted waterfront simply for the view and these views were excellent! Would like to thank the host for providing the snow for a "white Christmas" ;) We cooked our Christmas dinner at the property and found the kitchen and supplies to be great. The fireplace was cozy!The only negative was that there was no snow shovel or broom to clear the doorway and path, which made those areas very slippery; although the driveway got plowed after the previous nights snow.Thank you and definitely recommend...
