We waited by the bar and after 90 minutes I went back to the front desk to ask about our room. I was told they messaged me our room was ready, I showed no such thing happened. "Room and bed were comfortable. Surprisingly quiet for the city, we were expecting much more noise. Breakfast was simple yogurt granola fruit and toast. We thought we would, but never used the pool because it was shady and cold. But very close to the beach and restaurants, even tried the restaurant, Kitty Cat, which I highly recommend! "First off, I hate big shiny resorts. This building if rather old and is showing her age. If you are a resort/cruise ship kind of person, this may not be the place for you. The staff was super helpful whenever I needed anything. It is close enough to the Malecon that it is an easy walk down, but a requires a bit more effort on the way up the hill. The payoff is great views of Bay of Banderas. As many have stated, the beds are rather hard, but bearable."
