"I booked Swallet Farm for my best friend’s stag do and it was excellent. Loads of space for activities in a great setting - I would wholeheartedly recommend. "

"Starting to need a little TLC. The hot tub lid is broken. There are missing dimmer switches and screws out of wardrobe door handles. In the games room the perspex glass on the side of the pool table was smashed and no ends on the queues. The dartboard wasnt fixed on the wall properly and not all the players work properly on the football table. Also had to rewire the karaoke plug. None of this ruined our stay as its a beautiful property with stunning views."

"Vine Cottage is a large, spacious, property, ideal for our family group of seven adults. With two lounges, we never felt like we were tripping over each other. It's in a beautiful location situated in the vineyard itself. The kitchen/dining room is stunning, and made for family get togethers. However, the description in the listing needs to have more information. First of all, THERE IS NOT A MICROWAVE! It never entered our heads that there wouldn't be one at the property, but there wasn't....

"A beautifully renovated property, keeping all the history but with modern comforts. Well equipped farmhouse kitchen with a large dining table, many characterful and gorgeously appointed bedrooms and bathrooms. A brilliant games room and hot tub and a share of the lovely indoor swimming pool. Wonderful countryside views and of Glastonbury Tor. We were a mixed family group from Grandparents to newborns and the house was perfect. Would certainly suit teenagers too. We loved it and can’t wait to...

"Loved this place! Only downside was arriving in the dark… there’s no reception and very little lighting so we had to knock on a nearby yurt and fortunately they knew where ours was! That aside, have already recommended to friends. "

"Fantastic mix of living spaces, each with character. Wonderful and well-equipped kitchen, leading into a huge dining area, or out into one part of the garden. All the bedrooms have their own touch of style and class, and all are very attractive and very comfortable. Bathrooms galore! Character and cute little cubby holes everywhere. Two lovely hot tubs right next to each other, and an outdoor table and chairs, but right next to the house for ease of coming and going. Fantastic views, and so...

"We spent 4 nights at this lodge between 28Dec-1Jan and it was excellent. From check in to check out the process was seamless and we had everything we needed. Lodge was cozy, clean and warm and the bathrooms had actually been updated so were newer and nicer than the pics. Area was lovely and quiet. Had a carvery at the Cider barn restaurant about 5 min drive away and we drove into Weston Super Mare (20 mins) and got wristbands for the pier and did ice skating. We had a such a lovely time - amazing property, very warm and roomy and beds in quirky places, plenty of towels and great communication from the host, especially about us hiring a spa specialist to come to the property for chilled hen do spa treatments. Handy having 4 designated car parking spaces. Thank you so much! "
