"I was very pleased with the rooms, breakfast, and overall professionalism. Having stayed at Queen Mary the night before, I found the staff here to be exceptional in comparison—amazingly polite, respectful, and attentive. The breakfast was also outstanding. I only wish I had booked this place for both nights. A truly excellent experience! "

"The Charm Boutique is so well situated and room 5 has a lovely sea view from the window seat. Central to the beach and town and a parking token for £15 can be purchased for parking anywhere in zone C. Room was cosy and incredibly clean smelling fresh with very comfortable bed. Breakfast was scrumptious with all choices and staff very attentive and couldn’t do enough. "Unfortunately Expedia's systems had failed to work correctly and although I had a confirmation number for the hotel and been debited for the cost, the hotel had no knowledge of my reservation, however they did manage to find a room and accommodate us."
