"Staff extremely helpful under tricky conditions. With storm we had no electricity from 8am on 24th and still not connected this morning when I left. Staff put on a log stove in Bistro,managed to do teas n coffees on small gas heater, supplied good battery lamps for each resident, Manager even carefully drove in evening into part of Lanark with power and brought back a meal for an older person staying for BnB, She would not take money for that. Ever staff member there did much more that needed...

"It was an absolute pleasure to stay here. The hosts were charming and attentive. It was fun to talk with them and the other guests, and the breakfast (made specially for each guest) was some of the best food I had while in the UK. The bathroom was pretty small, and the shower was one of those stand-alone ones that looks a bit like a box, but the bathroom and room were always very clean. The parking was a bit tight when every spot was full (I had a large rental car), but there was enough space...

"Great family run place with nice rooms and a covenient location. This place is great if you're renting a car or not. It's right by the train station that goes to either Glasgow or Edinburgh, but in a small-town area so that if you have a rental car, it's easy to manage. Lots of sights to see nearby. "Apartment was central to our needs. modern and clean and the staff were friendly, helpful and professional. Only drawback was it was slightly noisy at the back of the hotel where our room was. Lots of air con machines, heat/waste pumps and bin emptyting throughout the night. This wouldn't put me off staying at the Fraser Apartments again."
