"The condo was very comfortable and the communication with the hosts was easy. We had a minor issue while there and they responded quickly and got it fixed. The location is a long walk from downtown Helen but a short drive and is quiet and peaceful. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was fully equipped. It’s a good place to stay if visiting Helen. "The property was very spacious and clean. You do have to go up several steps to the entrance and can be a challenge with luggage. We had an issue with hot water being available in all rest rooms. Also, the outlets didn’t work in one bedroom. Overall we enjoyed our stay! "

"The condo was very clean. The couch and beds were pretty comfortable. We were able to maintain a comfortable temperature during our stay. We reported a minor issue and the host was very responsive with a quick reply. The picture showed a table and chairs but it now has a jacuzzi. You could technically walk to the main shops but it would have been a hike. It probably took us a minute to get to free parking or paid parking. 10 a day.
