"Check in was easy, the property is located on the banks of the river and within walking distance to all attractions. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and there is even an extra bahroom on the main floor. This location is perfect and the chalet is nicely appointed and very clean on the inside. Parking can be tight with the condos next door, but we werre able to park a large van and had no issues with maneuvering. "My family and I headed to Franklin for a long weekend with a large group (four families) ranging in age from 2-70. The cabin had ample space for everyone to gather together for meals ad well as their own space for sleeping. The house was clean, beautifully decorated and fully stocked with all we needed. Close to hiking trails and a waterfall everyone was able to walk to. Beautiful view from front porch and large yard for the children to explore! "

"It has been a pleasure staying in your cabin. We took advantage of all the things you had to offer (the fireplace, the fire pit, the swings, the loft and the balcony) as well as the beautiful crisp cold weather. "Very private location. The views are outstanding. Often above the clouds. Property is well maintained. Main levels furniture has seen a lot of use and is apparently designed for someone of Billy Barty’s stature. South facing windows on main floor could use some means of screening the very bright afternoon sunlight. The one lane private driveway has few places that one can comfotably pass another oncoming vehicle. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay."

"Perfect house for 2 people to stay in. Sitting by the river with a fire going is very relaxing. Willene was very gecious and supplied the wood for us. She is very sweet and a great hostess. The only negative is the street noise is loud at times but for the price you can't beat it. "
